Aftercare
- Keep the windows up for 3 to 5 days while the film dries.
- A little haze or a few water spots while it dries is normal — they clear on their own.
- Clean the glass with a soft cloth and a cleaner without ammonia.

Can you tint a Tesla glass roof?
Yes. We fit Union film to the inside of the glass roof. Ceramic IR blocks up to 87% of the infrared heat coming through it.
Will tint stop my Tesla phone key working?
No. Union Ceramic IR has no metal in it, so the phone key, GPS and LTE work as before.
How dark can I tint a Tesla in Pennsylvania?
A Model 3 or Model S is a car, so every window must let at least 70% of light through. A Model Y, Model X or Cybertruck is usually registered as a multipurpose vehicle, so its back side windows and rear glass can be darker.
How long does it take?
Most Teslas take a few hours; the glass roof adds a little time.
Do you come to my house to tint my Tesla?
